Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Marina is an option for June 4th 2024 because the ferry ride leaves June 5th at 9am and we must be there at 6am sharp!

FAQs

Can I book my own room at Hilton Resorts World Bimini?

Sure you can. If you book your own room you will not be able to participate in any of the activities or seminars that Passport for Success: A Travel Agent Summit has planned.

Do I need to book the additional hotel for June 4th 2024?

If you do not live near the ferry port, we highly recommend that you either book the hotel that is offered or secure another hotel room. We must arrive at the ferry port at 6am with a deport time of 9am. The ferry ONLY leaves out on that Wednesday June 5th, 2024.

I have a disability. What arrangements are available to accommodate me?

Passport to Success: A Travel Agent Summit strives to ensure that all venues associated with this event are ADA compliant. All staff members are dedicated to providing services to summit attendees with disabilities and those with chronic or medical health conditions.

Do I have to attend all activities?

Passport to Success: A Travel Agent Summit highly recommends that you attend most activities. Remember this is an experience where you can build your social media content for your clients. Also with each activity you attend, you gain “passport stamps” that will award you prizes on the last day of training.

Can I attend the training events if I am not a travel agent, but thinking about becoming one?

Yes of course! The summit will be a great opportunity to learn and take in knowledgeable that hopefully will help you make a decision!

Do we need to bring anything to the seminars?

Passport to Success: A Travel Agent Summit will bring you a notebook, pen, and sticky notes during event check- in on the first day of training. You are welcome to bring a laptop.

Can I transfer my trip to another travel agent or cancel my trip to get a full refund?

Passport to Success: A Travel Agent Summit trip is non-refundable but can be transferred to another travel agent by Jan 1 2024. After Jan 1 2024, the trip is non-transferable. No exceptions.

When will I get an itinerary?

You will be emailed a full itinerary once you make your final payment.

Do you offer roommatch matching?

At this time, we do not offer roommate matching.

What is the dress code for training?

Casual! You’re on vacation. Relax and Learn.

Will replays be available?

Yes! We will be providing our guests with access to the recordings a week after the in-person summit.
